For our third workshop of the year, we had the honor of hosting Mariko Wilcox from Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. Mariko shared her invaluable experience and expertise on investing. Our members arrived eager to learn new strategies for investing in their futures. The workshop began slowly as everyone settled in, but halfway through, the room buzzed with opinions, questions, and personal stories. The group displayed an incredible eagerness to embrace new ideas and possibilities. By the end, they were left equipped with aspirations and new tools to help them develop better saving and investing habits. The motto of the group, and the key takeaway from the workshop, was, “Invest in you first.”
